No flannel, no excuses, just action and results

This garage is known all around the South west as a professional and capable establishment especially when it comes to Audi VW group German cars. I’ve been to some garages who are unable to definitively diagnose a problem and start replacing expensive parts in the hope it will fix it. That approach can cause big bills and often unsatisfactory results. I dealt with Tom but met his dad, the eponymous Robert, when I picked up my Golf and both seemed very knowledgeable. I am an engineer in a different field but know a good one when I talk to them. No flannel, no excuses, just action and results. RCMR use genuine parts which is a must if you want your car to be brought up to spec and the repair to last as though a main dealer had carried it out. If you find a reputable garage, hold on to them, spread the word because they’re few and far between. I live in London but provided my car is driveable, will be using these guys for my next major overhaul.
